The Eforce Golf experience

EForce uses evidence-based screenings, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and our own strength evaluation to improve player performance through identification of faulty movement patterns and strength deficiencies. It is the ideal screening process for those who struggle with pain during or after a round of golf or those who are looking to improve performance.

What are the benefits?

The TPI Golf Screen provides an in depth analysis of the participants' movement characteristics and how they may correlate to faults in the golf swing. In addition to the movement evaluation, a video analysis of your golf swing will be captured and further examined by a TPI professional. The final component of the TPI screen will provide an individualized exercise program designed by a board certified physical therapist and TPI professional.

By the end of the process, the goal is that you have a thorough understanding of how your body functions during the golf swing and how you can decrease pain or improve your performance.
