EForce Internship
Following our progressive observation of the coaching model you will be granted the ability to help coach the athletes after you demonstrate your comprehension of coaching.
This is a comprehensive, immersive, and highly educational internship.
It involves:
- Classroom lectures: to learn concepts on a conceptual level.
- Homework assignments: to further conceptual learning and work on research, and summary abilities.
- Practical’s: to demonstrate coaching competency and communication skills.
- Lifting: to be able to correctly demonstrate and teach exercises used.
- Summary Discussions: to challenge thinking and expand on topics.
This internship is 8 weeks with an optional week 9 & 10. Following our progressive observation of the coaching model you will be granted the ability to help coach the athletes after you demonstrate your comprehension of coaching.
This internship runs in the winter and summer and start/end dates are TBD from year to year.
